How does the subscription work?

Place your order online for your chosen day of the week, and we will deliver your order right to your door until you cancel or re-submit a new order.

No. Delivery is included.

How long does the mylk last?

3-5 days depending on the mylk, but we suggest consuming within 48 hours for quality assurance.

Where will you leave my mylk?

Accepted Answer

We will leave your mylk on your porch or closest accessible spot to the front door. If you have a preferred spot, please specify in the "notes" portion of the order form.
 
Please leave an ice chest or mylk box out on your delivery day to ensure freshness.

What do I do with the used product packaging?

Bottles: Leave rinsed glass bottles our every week and we will exchange them with fresh mylk.
 
Lids: Return lids also to ensure they are properly recycled.
 
String Tags: Return string tags that are in good condition around the neck of any bottle for us to re-use or re-cycle.

Is the oat mylk gluten-free?

Yes. we source raw, organic oats that are not processed in a facility with either rye or wheat, to garauntee our oat mylk contains less than 20ppm of gluten.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to residents and businesses on the North Shore of Oahu, from Mokuleia to Laie.

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday through Friday from 6AM to 11AM.
You do not get to choose your delivery time.

How far in advanced do I need to place my order?

Place your order atleast 48 hours in advanced. 
 
For Example: If you want your first mylk order delivered on Monday, your order must be received no later than 5AM Saturday, otherwise your order will be fulfilled the following week.

How do I update my order?

You can update your order online by placing a new order and selecting the "Update Order Option. We will cancel your previous order once your new order is processed.

Recommendation page coming soon with recipes and more - subscribe to be the first to know! We love to use our mylks for smoothies, cooking, on granola, in cereal, with cookies and/or ice cream, or just to drink plain (especially chocolate).
